On the night my friend and I dined there, we had to ask for bread, there was only one waiter (Santo) who literally waited on about 15 to 20 tables. The "maitre'd" was running around like a chicken with her head cut off instead of helping him, going from table to table asking guests for their room numbers instead of taking care of that when they first walked in. So unorganized and unpleasant to watch. What we ordered was good, but eating downtown Miami would have been cheaper and much more organized.
