This hotel is situated on the best street in Miami. The hotel staff are super friendly and willing to bend over backwards to accommodate. The beds and showers are incredible - the street is vibey and fun. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel!

Last weekend, Sep, 22 to 25 was my boyfriend's birthday and he loves Miami, so despite the Hurricane threats, we went and we stayed at El Paseo on Espanola Way, we were both trilled. The service was great, the room was beautiful and the attention was EXCELLENT!!!

Epanola Way is the perfect location for celebrations of any kind! We have over 17 restaurants and lounges to choose from. We can arrange a cocktail hour, a late night fare or a party! We are delighted to hear for feedback and I am sure we will see you again!
We went to el Paseo Hotel as a part of a vacation package. You know, the kind where you have to listen to a 2-3 hour presentation. Save yourself some time and avoid it.
The El Paseo workers were friendly and professional. The room was not up to par for a resort. It was rather quaint. Please understand that it was nothing wrong with the room or its decoration. However, we were without hot water for a while. We spoke to the clerk and they eventually took care of it.
It is in a perfect location. It's close enough to everything but far enough to not have all the traffic. Admittedly, this may be different now. We went in late March and there was a lot of construction going on. We received a 10% off coupon for the restaurant adjacent to the hotel.
Hi Yves and thank you for your comments. El Paseo is not a resort is a Hotel. You had reserved a presentation with Diamond Resorts but stayed at El Paseo and attended your Diamond Resorts presentation while staying at El Paseo. Also, during your stay in March, the City of Miami Beach replaced and installed new drainage pipes and new cobble stones on Espanola Way. During this construction the water connections to the buidlings were interrupted momentarily for a short period of time. This project was finished in May and Espanola Way has been beautified and has been back to its natural splendor. We appreciate your thoughts and hope you come see how Espanola Way is back to normal for months now.
Very nicely updated, yet small hotel in the middle of the South Beach Cuban neighborhood---excellent location . Despite the business of the area, the room was quiet, clean and well appointed. We stayed on the second floor, which gives better air flow and less street noise.
Hi Richard, we are proud to have been the first hotel to open in SoBe immediately after Hurricane Irma. Our team members did an amazing job at making sure all rooms were available to all visitors and residents needing a place to stay. The hotel did not lose power or cable during the hurricane and suffered no damage. We are very proud of our property and our team. The hotel, Espanola Way and South Beach is back to normal in Sunny Miami Beach :)
I will update this review after I actually stay at the hotel this review is for their customer service. I was scheduled to go to the hotel this weekend but wanted to reschedule due to the hurricane. I contacted the hotel and they were very helpful in rescheduling my trip even tho I originally booked the cheaper price that did not allow changes. Israel at the front desk was awesome, very nice and called me back promptly every time that he said he would. Thanks!
