It's been a couple of months since my stay I was escaping the snow storms up in New York but the stay was so amazing I had to let them know. I have never written a review even though I chose all my stays by Trip Advisor but these guys definitely deserved it.
From our first step in the door we were greeted by the manager Sinam WOW! When do you ever see a manager unless you have a problem and it was more than just saying hi she started a whole conversation and we already had some dinner ideas before we even got to the front desk which is only about 5 feet from the door.
The girls at the front desk were lovely (sorry we did not catch their names) and they even gave us an upgrade to a room with a courtyard view. At this point we were impressed.
We got to the room and again wow, such a nice size with lots of storage space which I always need, you need options right ladies? Also they have a cool record player and awesome robes. And even though we were on the first floor there was no noise.
The rest of our stay was just as amazing we got room service our first night from Lorenzo's that was great and this was our first encounter with Bruce he brought us our food, then ice, then some sides for our food always quickly and with a smile. The reason Bruce stood out to us is that he seemed like he was always there even once when we got back at 3am! and even then he asked how our stay was going and if we needed anything.
Next night since our room service was so good we ate in the restaurant which was very nice, great drinks and again great food I loved the gnocchi and fresh gelato for desert.
The rest of our four nights went great anytime we needed extra towels or shampoo etc. it was brought up by someone friendly and always fast.
We went to check out early since we had an early flight and guess who was there again? Bruce! He got us a taxi and even put a room aside in case our flight got canceled.
What a great stay thanks again to Sinam, Bruce and everyone at the Redbury if we make it down to Miami again I know where I'll be staying.
