We travel a lot and staid at many 5 and 6 star hotels around the world, but this property is the worst hotel experience I have had in a long time. It is overcrowded, security is not up to par, and crowd control is very poor. There were some sort of an event or a festival going on during Labor Day weekend and the crowds were horrendous. We go to Las Vegas vary often and crowds there are bigger there, but never a security or crowd control issue. Fontainebleau charges for valley paring $34.00 per night, we could not get in or out on the hotel. I will never stay at this nightmare property again. I had security issues all 4 days that we were at the hotel. Elevators were not functioning and it took 20 to 30 min to get in or out of our room. The nose on our floor was unbearable and threatening on several occasions. I felt like I was staying in southeast LA’s motel not a 5 star resort that it is claiming to be.
Room were barely cleaned ones a day, bad linens were not replaced daily, no turn down service, soap and shampoo were never replenished during 4 day stay. I found somebody underwear in the bathrobe. The staff was friendly but overwhelmed, allot of temporary helpMore
