Made a reservation for Sunday July 7th and the restaurant called to confirm as they have a limited Sunday meal dinner. This was a good thing. Menu was still a good selection and priced well. Drinks were above average for flavor and dinner was very good as well. As for cover and wrist bands for after 10, I suggest you make a reservation and enjoy yourself at Nikki's and enjoy the
food, sports and atmosphere.

Rita was are server and made every attempt to make us feel completely happy with our visit. Glad we went to Nikki Beach!!!

My experience in Miami was perfect until I visited this place. I thought Chicago was bad, but I have never been so humiliated in my life. My girlfriends and I came to the “famous” brunch at Nikki that everyone kept telling us about and boy did we regret it. We were under the impression that we would be sitting out at the beach from what everyone told us but brunch was in some garden area where there were ants and mosquitos everywhere. Kept finding ants in our plates and glasses. That wasnt the worst part however.

The waitress was ridiculously rude. She was inattentive and we kept having to ask for her. When she did come around she seemed annoyed and always had some comment under her breath to another waitress in some european language so we wouldnt understand but she was clearly talking about us.

When the bill came the waitress refused to split the check among us. Granted we were a big group of about 11 but she exploded at us and treated us like garbage. The managers were NO HELP at all. Our waitress yelled at us and was visibly threatening in front of the manager and they did nothing. I felt so embarrassed and disrespected. When we repeated asked for a manager she was nowhere to be found eventhough she clearly saw and avoided us. I cant believe a place like this would allow such a disrespectful waitress to deal with customers. She never bothered to even check on us because she was “so busy”. She obviously could not handle a big table but no need to be rude. As the last person said, BAD service from manager, WORST service from waitress. Beware of this terrible place!

A lot of the success of a business relates to long term relationships with the clients. Living next door to this place , it's natural to try to overlook the annoyances of a night club/ beach club. At times, this place has street fights with drunk or otherwise intoxicated customers, lots of garbage around it, people peeing in bushes around the place, homeless attraction and so on. Today was not our first visit, but the visit to deserve a posting due to the rudeness of one of the restaurant workers, I guess the one in control of the hostess, who was nice. In their website it's posted that they allow dogs. Even last weekend, we actually visited the place with our dogs without any problem. Today, after hostess had sat us on a table that was in the shade and out of the walk way, after we had even been given menus by the waiter who actually remembered us, and was previously nice to us and dogs from prior visits, the power tripping person came requesting us to be moved to a table in the sun and with dirt sand floors underneath. His explanation was that dogs to be in the paved floor outside and in the shade were unsanitary ... He also said our dogs had fleas... Firstly, the dogs don't have fleas. Our dogs live at Continuum and are regularly groomed to not have flies. Secondly, even last weekend we had eaten there, in the same shaded and tiled area, without any issues. So it's not a restaurant policy to place people with dogs in the hot sunny and sandy area, unless policy started last week... Thirdly, if they advertise to allow dogs, they should honor their ad. If they actually thought dogs were unsanitary, it would not make any difference as the areas are not in any way. The difference is uncomfortably sunny and hot vs. sun protected without dirt sand floors to make dogs dirty. Lastly, today this person just lost to the business: a client who lives next door and would visit often , a friendly neighbor and all the positive advertising from such relationship... We have friends who buy tables there at special events and will tell what happened. We had loved the food and service was always great until encounter with this person who was aggressive and unprofessional.

me and my mom came here after exploring the south pointe beach area-gorgeous and definitely worth checking out by itself. we had pizza and dessert. the service was good, we dont have some of the other complaints listed here, we had water and our server was attentive. the wait time for the food was a little long considering the place was not even half full but ok. the pizza was very good, the dessert huge and also tasty. we saw some other plates people ordered and they also looked like very big portions and tasty. the pizza was well priced-15 dollars and enough for two people, but some of the other dishes were pricier. i would return.
