Description: Quattro Gastronomia Italiana, a truly authentic Italian restaurant on famed Lincoln Road in South Beach. You'll be tempted to bring a passport when dining at Quattro; you'll feel like you've just been transported to Northern Italy. This Milanese-style trattoria is decorated with imported Italian materials but never more impressive is the amazingly authentic cuisine created by Chefs Nicola and Fabrizio Carro, identical twins from Alessandria in the Piemonte region. They adhere to traditional methods of preparation and use only the finest ingredients imported from Italy. Pasta and fresh seafood take center stage in many of the dishes, although veal is another prevelant element on the menu. Dessert options include housemade gelati, while the bar features many classic cocktails and an all-Italian wine list. “Italy in South Beach”
Reviewed October 10, 2012 via mobile

If you want to experience a real italian restaurant, with the real italian taste and service, Quattro is the place. The portions are very generous, the food is amazing and the service is great. They have a good wine selection, and they strive for making you feel like royalty. Want to eat on the sidewalk? You cando that here. Too hot outside? The salon has a very intimate feeling to it. Try the Ravioli stuffed with manchego cheese. And then, try the seabass. And top it off with the doghnuts. You will remember this review when you are enjoying yourself in Quattro.

“Great Italian in Lincon Road”
Reviewed September 23, 2012

I had a turfle past in Quatrro, and the food and service was amaizing. You got to go when you visit Lincon Road. It is close to Romero Brito Galery. They have many awards and you can have a great dinner with us 100!

“Worst experience in Miami”
Reviewed September 12, 2012

I recently went to Quattro on a trip to Miami as part of my honeymoon. A friend had recommended the restaurant and we were eager to try it. The restaurant was almost completely empty on a Thursday night, which should have been my first clue. The service was awful. Our waiter was unhelpful and arrogant, and an 18% gratuity was placed on our bill for two people. The food was overpriced and terrible. I'm usually pretty lenient on meals but this was awful. Would not recommend to anyone.

“Awful overpriced food with horrendous service!”
Reviewed July 23, 2012

Food is way overpriced and food is terrible. I am not picky about food but my mushroom ravioli had the strangest looking sauce and left the worst after taste. My husband's lasagne was less than desirable and could only be compared to as brown mush. Our waiter was atrocious. Seemed mad to be working. Didn't even tell us the specials. Beware of the sticker shock for what you will receive. I don't mind paying for quality but this was terrible. Will not recommend nor go back. Buyer beware!

Chef sucks. I had my plate returned because it had olives and they brought it back out saying it was freshly done and it wasn't. It was the same fish in a different plate! The manager said she believed her chef and that I was wrong! Very bad service.
