“Near Lincoln.......”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 4, 2014

A huge forecourt, where you can sit and eat or drink after a long walk or swim. Its close to Lincoln St, so a volley of food outlets to experience.

“Wonderful music”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2014 credit card Amex Card Member Review

We have attended several performances and found them outstanding The concert hall, designed by Geary, has wonderful acoustics and the performances by young musicians were excellent. We were even able to attend one performance where Tilson Thomas, the founder of the New World Symphony conducted. It is a wonderful organization that gives young musician a terrific opportunity.

“Attended the ABC continuity forum”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2014

Attended the ABC continuity forum and it was the first time I was in there! The place is beautiful. The stage was set for speakers like Adrianna Huffington and more and the catered lunch food was delicious.

“great venue for classical music”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2014

If you come to Miami and love classical music this is the place to go.
They have evening concerts projected outside so you can come and picnic if you are not inclined to sit inside. You need to check the schedule to see when the outdoor projection are there.

“Beautiful venue”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2014

Miami Beach was blessed with the addition of the New World Center, the home of New World Symphony. I was lucky to see several performances this past year including both their Pulse performances which combined the entire orchestra with special guests, singers, and DJs. Both times the NWC was transformed into a club-like atmosphere with a DJ complementing the music of the symphony. For the first Pulse of the season, a soprano joined the orchestra onstage to the delight of the audience. Unlike other NWS performances, Pulse adds an area so the audience can stand downstairs close to the orchestra and mingle during the performance. There's even a bar nearby for cocktails. It's always a delight to enjoy a NWS performance, especially if it's conducted by NWS founder Michael Tilson Thomas. While many have taken advantage of enjoying a symphony performance on the Soundscape Wall, telecast live during the performance, everyone must experience the symphony inside the beautiful new Frank Gehry designed building.
