Quinn's is a highly rated steak & seafood restaurant on just about every site. The staff is very accommodating on checking in for your reservation and the outdoor seating with heaters is wonderful even in mid February. It is the place to people watch, but the attention to service and detail by the wait staff diminishes dramatically. The food is exceptional, but the waiters attempt to direct your choices to the most expensive options. With 18% gratuity automatically added to the bill, you can see why. This is not an inexpensive restaurant, with dinner for 5 (3 cocktails, seafood appetizer platter & 1 dessert) coming in at $500! If the service was more attentive, it would clearly have been worth it. I do not believe in having to ask for water glasses to be refilled, at least not 4 times during our meal. And having a steak entry served cold is poor form for this class of a place. The swordfish was slightly overlooked but not enough to return, the sea bass & lobster tail where great, as was the appetizer platter. The Key lime pie was a perfect finish to the meal, but the coffee was delivered 10 minutes later and refused. There are many other restaurants in this area, may be worth trying them first!
