On our last night in Miami, we tried Sushi Samba at the recommendation of our hotel. It was fabulous! The food is a fusion of cuban, japanese and brazilian cuisines. We weren't sure what to expect but it was fun and the combinations on each tapas plate were excellent. We enjoyed edamame, several rolls, lobster salad and some kind of a deep fried corn/fritter dish. All were excellent with the wagyu beef rool and corn fritter being our favorites. The lobster salad had a lot of lobster but was our least favorite of the dishes. Very attentive service- I would love a sushi samba in Cleveland. You can sit outside or inside-the outside was a little crowded for us.
