“Cheeseburger, anyone?”
Reviewed July 8, 2013

The thing I would like to start off with is that if you come to Cheeseburger Baby you should absolutely come to this restaurant with an empty stomach and an appetite. When you walked in you order off of a menu chalkboard and then you find an empty seat. You don't have a long wait and it is really cool to watch your food being made, because if you sit at the counter then the kitchen is right in front of you. My first bite was sooo delicious! It was flavorful and juicy, but that is how a good burger should be! And the very best part was the fries. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is totally worth a trip there!

“Hard working guys making delicious burgers”
Reviewed July 7, 2013 via mobile

Stopped on a whim and tried the cheeseburger baby burgers and fries. So good!! The two guys that were working were friendly and busting their butts. I'd definitely go back!! If you like burgers, you gotta try this place!

“Mystery Diner - Guillermo”
Reviewed July 7, 2013

I just watched the "Mystery Diner" episode with Guillermo. You should continue to be SO PROUD of him. He proved himself! This is old news to you probably, but when I am able to visit Cheeseburger Baby, I will be looking for your top server! Congratulations Guillermo!

“A walk on the burger side...”
Reviewed July 7, 2013

A block from Lincoln Road predictability, I slid into Cheeseburger Baby at the urging of my granddaughter who saw it on Food Network's Mystery Diners. I agree with some of the reviews - it is on the grimy side and was a bit warm inside for a hot, humid Miami afternoon but it was fun to sit at the counter and watch our food being made by the competent chef who was pleasant and friendly (I mention this because the person in charge was on the nasty side leaving me to think that the Mystery Diners lesson was not learned). All of this adds to the atmosphere of CB; which is one of the reasons to stop by, but the main reason is that you will get a darn good burger. Buttered and toasted buns, meaty and juicy (AKA greasy, but hey, you don't eat this way every day). I considered getting the mix-and-match sliders and wish I would have because the burger was BIG and I didn't eat for the rest of the day. The best part of the visit though was the fries - hot and crunchy on the outside and soft and tasty on the inside. It was worth the trip just for these.
