Was in Miami for business and had to make the obligatory trip to South Beach which was quite fun. Discovered Café Nuvo after looking in at a few other places. Was glad we did because the food was quite good. I had the Mediterranean Pasta which was priced right and portioned well. I also had the Whitefish Ceviche which was good but not great. Also had a Mojito which, while good, was way overpriced. The service was okay and I think it may be a result of the fact they're "guaranteed" 18% gratuity. We had to ask a few times for water before we ever got any. The 18% gratuity thing seems to be prevalent in South Beach - we later got an ice cream cone and even that had 18% on it! Realistically this is a 3.5 rating. 4 for food and 3 for service.
