Would have walked right by if it had not been recommended. Simple decor, awesome food. Recommend plantains, fried yuca, roasted chix with rice and beans, pulled pork and meat pies. Everything else is delish I'm sure. No alcohol served but didnt miss it. So inexpensive too! Still thinking about the great meal we had.

Nice clean room, nice pool and beach...liked having the tiki bar between pool and beach. Food was by
Provided by hotel carrabas. Very average. Hotel staff accomodating when pushed. Ivan was.awesome ...told us where to park and where to eat in south beach.and both were hits. With the construction they should have given us a discount on room rates ....also 32 bucks for parking was obnoxious! Valet staff terrific. Drink from tiki bar obnoxious also...$10 for vodka n club...and $6 for a miller lite can. Boardwalk nice outside hotel for walking or jogging in morning if you didn't want to on the beach.

My first stop on a ladies weekend away. Came here with luggage and all.

1. Atmosphere. Not romantic, not exciting, just your typical cuban spot with wooden tables and chairs

2. COFFEE, iced coffee, completely the most amazing thing after a early morning flight from EWR.

3. Empanadas and Cuban sandwiches are a complete must!

This place has Great coffee!!! Super strong, super hot, super good! Didn't have time for food, but it seems like there was a steady stream of customers so that has to be a good sign.
