“So, So, So Good!!”
Reviewed March 25, 2013

I moved and can't get cuban food where I live now so I had to try this place on my recent trip to Miami. I am so glad I did! I had the Ropa Vieja and it was awesome. Service is great and you can get authentic cuban coffee.

“Cuban...”
Reviewed March 24, 2013

Food was good. Many choices. Reasonable portions. Affordable. VERY busy, fast, efficient service, but not a place if your looking for a relaxing dining experience with your family. Many tables are strung together, so you are not only sitting with your family, but serveral other families. LOL. Would go again.

“Big disappointment!”
Reviewed March 24, 2013 via mobile

This place came highly recommended by travel sites & friends, so ofcourse, I had to try it. Other than the friendly waitress, I can't find anything else about it worth while. Our group tried all their famous menu items. The Cuban sandwich was nothing more than two slices of ham, one slice of pork, a provolone style cheese slice, three pickles & mustard on an over toasted hoagie roll. The meat looked & tasted like lunch meat from a grocery store. The pulled pork tasted old & the black bean soup looked & tasted like water & beans.

The place was dirty, tables on top of one another & badly needed of new flooring & a paint job. From dawn till dusk the place was always crowded & at lunch, a long line to get in. So, in fairness to the owners, patrons & reviews, am I wrong?

“True Cuban on Collins”
Reviewed March 21, 2013

Informal, popular cafe offering authentic and very tasty Cuban. Full flavors and a large menu. Fried chicken and Pork dishes were especially good. Don't miss the yucca. I could have eaten here every meal. Classic Cuban diner atmosphere. Reasonably priced.
