“Excellent service provided by Boucher Brothers”
Reviewed October 14, 2013

My wife and I was in town last month for the Falcons game and we stayed at The Hotel On South Beach. The hotel has a partnership with Boucher Brothers, who provide a memorable beach experience during your stay. They provide you with complimentary beach chairs and towels, and the staff on the beach is there to cater to your every need.

My wife and I plan on making this an anual trip but I must say that the best part about our experience was the awesome service we received from Trey, Aldona. Our visit was already a 10, but he made it a 20. We're looking forward to this trip again next year and hopefully will run into Trey. Great job, young man!

“Just ok”
Reviewed October 5, 2013 via mobile

We had gone on two consecutive days to the beach, the first visit went smoothly chairs and umbrella cost 35$ but thought it was worth it. We went back the next day and granted more people but they put you so close together, and put umbrellas and half tents right in front of you. When we asked to move it was clearly a big deal and got the run-around. We did eventually move ourselves and were fine after that but the customer service could have been better.

“Great service”

Fernando and Zach were great, went out of their way to find us a great ocean view and gave us tips on the local nightlife. Great team!

“Wonderful service!”
Reviewed September 29, 2013

We frequent the beach and always rent chairs. Decided to try a new area and were very happy with the service. The rates were average for the area, better than some. Our attendant, Melvin, was great very attentive and friendly. All in all, a great experience. Will defiantly be back.

“Rates are high but attendants are fantastic!”
Reviewed September 28, 2013

I made my annual trek to South Beach which always involves several days laying on the beach. Of course there is no way lay on the beach without chairs and an umbrella as the sun will eat you alive in just an hour or so. The attendants are always fantastic. This year is no different. Bryan and Trey were over the top with excellent customer service. They were extremely courteous all the time. The only negative thing I have to say is that the cost of renting chairs and an umbrella is getting very expensive. This year it was $18 per chair and $15 for an umbrella per day or $51 per day to stay out of the sun. There has been such a creep in prices over the years that I'm about maxed out on my ability to rent chairs and umbrellas. At some point, you just have to say that enough is enough. If you look around Miami Beach, many of the businesses are closed. Obviously, the economy is not improving but so much and Boucher Brothers needs to hold off until things get better.
