Sterling-Safe-Stylish

On business, by myself...at the end of a long day and a late check in...what a wonderful experience. I was texted by concierge to make sure my arrangements were in order. Room was immaculate. Bed dreamy. Large screen TV and even though my room was on the street, quiet and serene. It was so nice I almost over slept. Would recommend to anyone and could not stop talking about it. Sorry I didn't have time to try restaurant.. it smelled delish.

Nightmare

My room was old with mold, dirt and no running water. When I reported this I was told there were no more room. I was charged for all 4 nights after only staying 1 night. I would never stay there again!

Beautiful hotel very close to the beach

Beautiful pool, rooms, and loved the decor. Great service and great price for being so close to the action and the beach. Carmen the maid was very nice to us and the rooms are so nice. Being from Vegas, we know a nice hotel.

Miami Family/Travel Agent Trip

Everything about this hotel is AWESOME! We loved the location, our room, the rooftop pool/bar area, the atmosphere, and the friendly staff. I will definitely be returning to Gale South Beach in the future and referring my travel clients.

Loved location,service and food

The room was amazing, it was near Lincoln Road and a very nice Italian bakery!!!!
The service was wonderful, they helped with everything.
I really recommend the hotel; I travel a lot and it's a cozy one with everything you need.
