Grilled, uncooked, fried, fresh, whatever you want. The restaurant was not very busy on Halloween night, but even with only 8 tables occupied, the food delivery was rather slow...so while we really enjoyed this restaurant and the choices, we will only go back when we are seeking a very leisurely dinner.
As for specifics, the fried shrimp appetizer was OK, the lobster entree was creative but with a cheese and mushroom mixture, there wasn't any lobster to taste. We enjoyed the mushroom salad, the snapper collar and the grilled zucchini.
Interesting valet system...no onsite parking, so you send a text message and your car is retreived in about 10 minutes.
