We live in the Washington DC area and have eaten at several of Jose Andres' restaurants. We have also eaten at his restaurant in Vegas and The Bazaar in Miami does not disappoint. We are big fans of his techniques and artistry with food. We were lucky to walk in and get seated. The staff was very professional and personable. Would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Service from Ian was excellent, great suggestions, the wine list, presentation and flavor. The jamón ibérico with caviar was a great, the pork belly slider and the key lime was superb. Highly recommended!!! The menu is so extensive that there is something for every palate. I will have to go more often.

Best tapas and drinks ever in beautiful surroundings with exquisite service. Went here with a friend and started with drinks at the lovely outdoor bar. Dinner was inside, and we chose a variety of the most delicious tapas I have ever had! Expensive but worth it!

Great ambiance , impeccable service , tapas need to be more
" substance " specially when you pay more than $15. Per portion, drinks Very good.
If you are a tourist , great , for a local not a place to make it once or twice a month as your favorite .

Every single plate that we tried was great!. I went to the Bazaar at LA. The menu has been "tropicalized" for Miami. Which is great!.
We asked sour server to do choose many plates for us to try and he did a heat job.
Gourmet/tapas/molecular/small plates type restaurant with great service, chic and trendy decor. Good crowd, great music!
Had a great time!
:)
