We went here twice with our 4 year old during our holiday once when we stayed in Bal Harbour and again after a 4 day Disney experience when we stayed next door in the Delano. Bazaar is sophisticated cooking a mixture of traditional Spanish tapas and then tapas with inspiration taken from around the world. The restaurant is located in the SLS hotel which had a host of Italian sports cars on display but don't let that put you off this restaurant can be casual or formal. The staff are on the whole amazing but Alex and Adam do more miles, take more orders and deliver more plates around the restaurant than other servers and runners so deserve individual recognition. We will be back when we're in Miami next.

We are miami locals, and highly recommend bazaar. From entering, being greeted by the GM Giancarlo, and being taken on an amazing culinary experience by our waiter Joshua, we had a very recommendable experience last night. We had the 'Jose ultimate menu' experience with approx 20 tapas/plates. We asked our waiter 'Joshua' to organize wine pairing to his liking. He did an amazing job! He chose over 5 of his favorite wines which paired perfectly! He introduced us to an Albariño that paired amazing w escabeche. He explained all the wines eloquently with enthusiasm. The Jamon iberico w caviar was a salty explosion in my mouth...delicious! We had mussels, shrimp, caviar, churrasco, lechon and the list goes on. We highly recommend bazaar, especially the 'Jose ultimate experience'...ask them to throw in Joshua and you'll have an amazing experience.

We were taken here as a dinner included with a business trip. There were 20 of us, and I am always leery of food and service with so many people to accommodate. I am also gluten free and sometimes feel left out if the ordering is done by one. Well, this was NOT the case. The first thing they asked was dietary restrictions! Since I was the only GF one there, I was treated pretty much like a queen. They chose plates for me, and made sure I knew weather I could eat from the ones put out for all. No worries, no problem here. I would definitely go back.
And by the way, everything was fabulous!
