It's been almost a year since dining here and I am thrilled to say the food has only improved. They've added input from experts at super chef Ferran Adria's now-closed EL BULLI test kitchens outside Barcelona, who have tweaked some great dishes to become celestial dishes. This is simply the best evening out I recall having at the Beach. Definitely try the pork belly sandwich now enhanced with chicharon. Genius.
