My wife and I booked a night at The Standard. Upon check-in there was a mix up and the room we reserved was not available and had been given to someone else. Jose Carrillo, the manager, took control of the situation. The attitude was very apologetic and every effort was made to accommodate us. We were given another room (not as nice as we reserved, since the hotel was almost sold out). and a few perks. Jose made sure we were satisfied. We appreciated the apologetic attitude and effort made to make us happy. Thank you Jose and The Standard staff.
