I was in room 2... Good view! They have a 3 stacked bed. Def different but not bad if you're on the first two levels lol. No kitchen but they give a decent breakfast. They give 50% off food at the voodoo but after the lounge charge a 20% fee it's only 30. Go figure! If you like to be sleep and don't have ear plugs, don't stay there. Overall I personally had a good time. We got drunk and hit the beach

This hostel is cheap and have a perfect location if you want be in centr "party"
It is noise street. But it is normal on Ocean drive. Just 2 minute walk on Miami south beach. Breakfast is incuded, but isn´t as on photo booking!!! They give you Just one croissant and flakes + coffee. Clean room was average.

This is the cheapest hostel in Miami beach; This is the only reason people stay there. However, I will pay $5 more per night and stay in a real hostel. This hostel has absolutely NO WIFI not even in the lobby, even my T-mobile did not has coverage there. dorms are super tiny and beds are 3 levels and super close to each others; so be prepared to smell some feet and maybe catch a flue if any one in your dorm is sick!
Staff are really not helpful. the hostel will sell you a tiny lock for $10. just a commercial place to take your money. I was not happy at all during my stay. and of-course it will attract all the scratchy guests

I've been in hostel few weeks during our stay in Miami, its good situated place next to the ocean. I met here plenty amazing people mostly from South Amerika, we became friends and stay in touch. Here is working one amazing man, Jose Alonso from Perú. Jose has so many possitive energy, he is always smiling and last but not least is very helpfull. He gave me so many good advices not only about tourist oportunities in Miami but much more. He helped me in emergency situations for what I'm greatfull so much. I would like to know more people like Jose, hope we stay in touch. Thank you so much for everiting. U are the best :-)

12 of us rented out an entire room at Ocean Blue; big thanks to Josy at the front desk for helping us with this! The hostel is on the second floor, with a restaurant and stores on the first floor and a rooftop lounge at the third. Yes, the place can get very busy and loud during the later parts of the day and at night but for us it was nothing unbearable. After all, you are staying on Ocean Drive!

Overall, the rooms were decently clean when we arrived and the cleaning staff tried to keep our area as clean as they could throughout the week (pretty difficult with spring breakers). We happened to get one of two oceanfront rooms which was definitely a big bonus. The beds are triple bunks and as comfortable as you would expect, but they weren't bad at all. The bathrooms were really nice and clean!

As for tips for staying at the hostel: This is definitely what some would consider a "party hostel." This is not meant to scare anybody away or say that it is 'crazy' by any means, but it is certainly a live venue in a very busy area. By staying there, you can get VIP access to some of the clubs in Miami every night of the week (we went to Story on a Thursday when Lil Wayne was coming). This is definitely a big perk if you plan on going out, however there are plenty of places in SoBe with free / cheap cover elsewhere. Breakfast when we stayed was only from 8-9 am and definitely was not worth waking up the early for. Consisted of a banana, croissant/sandwich, cereal and that was about it. Also, even though you have 50% off for the restaurant onsite, it is definitely not worth it. Food is ok at best, service was horrible both times, and the wait staff seem to not know about the drink specials which are specifically advertised on your hostel wristband.

Overall, it is a very nice place to stay for what you pay for. The staff were very friendly (Jose and Josy at the front desk especially!) and the place definitely had a very nice feel. Can't beat the location or in our case, the view!

Room Tip: Rooms 1 and 2 are ocean front
