Just spent 3 nights at Loews Miami Beach. Amazing hotel in an awesome location, minutes walk to Ocean Dr. and Lincoln Rd. Mall. Hotel is truly beautiful! Rooms were very clean and modern. Pool was fantastic (a little crowded and lots of kids, but amazing none the less). We had an ocean view room with balcony and it’s so worth the extra money. Hotel/pool staff were extremely helpful from the time we checked in to the time we left. Overall amazing stay and will definitely be back in the future!!!!

We were helped by Loso at the Lowes Hotel Boucher Brothers station. Extremely friendly and reliable service! Couldn’t be happier! He was kind, informative, and was consistent, which is always appreciated when it comes to service.

Came with my family to the Loews South Beach the beginning of August 2019. From the time we arrived till the time we left everything was first class. The staff and property were incredible. We did a SOAK Cabana one day and it was an awesome experience. The Exhale Spa was very relaxing and the spa attendant was very attentive. We had dinner at Lure Fish Bar and what an incredible meal it was. Chef Josh Capon has done a fabulous job with the menu. Even though it is a seafood restaurant we had to try the legendary award winning Bash Burger. So my surf and turf was a Maine Lobster and Bash Burger. I can see why this burger has won so many awards in NYC and MIA. Cant wait to return to this wonderful property.

Stayed here for a bachelorette party so we had 4 rooms. It was August, low season, but strangely crowded. They only have one pool and there are kids galore as they don't have an adult pool--literally so crowded you can barely moe. In terms of the service, it was Impossible to get ahold of concierge and long waits for room check in, check out....just about everything. Not enough staff at this hotel and WAY too many people--not sure if they give corporate deals or if there was a conference happening and that's why it was so crowded, but either way there is just not enough staff. The staff we did deal with are helpful and friendly but overall, getting anything done at this hotel is just a pain in the neck.
