By far one of the best Colombian food in Miami I have ever tasted!!! Service is terrific and food is amazing! Best of all they have a groupon which includes appetizer, entree and dessert.

“BEST RESTAURANT IN MIAMI!”
Reviewed June 13, 2013

This is by far one the best restaurants i have ever been to. I went on vacation to Miami for 6 days and went to Bolivars 3 times....and regret not going all 6 days, for breakfast lunch and dinner...yup that's how amazing it is. we all ordered different dishes and appetizers and all were absolutely amazing! Not only the food was amazing, but the service as well. We had a waiter who's name is Alfonso who explained every dish and its history, which he didn't have to, but wanted to. He told us all the good spots in Miami and was just simply amazing.ANDDD it was cheap... This restaurant is a MUST GO TO place. HIIIGGHHHLLLYYY RECOMMEND!!!

“Variety of delicious food”
Reviewed June 13, 2013

I visit this place very often. They have very good customer service. Their quality of food is really good as well. You need to try the bolivartini, it tastes delicious. Also, you MUST try their passion fruit crème brûlée... it is the best of the best, even that I don't like much dessert, but I do make an exception for this dessert.

“Dirty. Will not return”
Reviewed June 12, 2013

We were the only customers at 10:30 am on Saturday. Plates provided were visibly dirty. Sauce tray provided looked like it had been used from the night before. Some of the sauces had been dipped from the same spoons, crusty edges. Service was limited even though we were the only customers. The window washer outside splashed dirty water on the outside tables. Will not return or recommend.

“Nice to try something all new”
Reviewed June 12, 2013 via mobile

We had a dinner over here. After 2,5 weeks in the States, this was something really different. We had the tapas, and ate all sorts of food we had never tasted before. We got a nice free apetizer and after that a big plate with seven sorts of food, which we choose from a list. We had chicken, steak, bananas (sweet and salt), fried vegetables, casava potatoes, a sort of chorizo, all very nice seasoned and with five different sauces. The server, Alphonso, told us everything about the food and which sauce goes with what food. The price was right, even though they included a 18% tip in the check. We can definitely recommend this place.
