“Mediocre food”
Reviewed August 31, 2013

I ate here with my husband and was not impressed. The cuban sandwich was dry and bland. The prices where far too high for the food being served. I ate there twice because the hotel (Grand Beach Hotel) only had one restaurant to choose from. Both times the food was subpar.

“Only worse it if too tired to go out”

Don't get me wrong, the food is not bad and the service is OK but it's a bit overpriced for what it is really. Just do the job.

“very good restaurant”

we hated when we were in ocean dr and they were grabbing our hands to get us into the establishments... not this problem in the restaurant of the hotel, and the servers the best... (specially JP at night)

“Grand Hotel Miami Restaurant”
Reviewed August 19, 2013

Very expensive and not good service. The bar waiter was very annoyed when we ordered drinks because our table wasn't ready, then we took our drinks to the table and expected it to be combined with the food bill... No! We were given bread before our meal, nice, but no side plates to butter it on. We would have reflected our opinion of the service in our tip, but we weren't given that opportunity because 18% was already automatically added. Very disappointed.

Food is overpriced and service is slow and pretty rude. We all want great food and friendly service, so go to Fountainbleu Hotel, Hakkasan restaurant. If you are into tapas, get the tasting menu. The servings were substantial in comparison and the dessert was divine!
