“Delicious burgers, poor service.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 27, 2013 via mobile

When a waiter becomes a salesman, you know something's wrong. He only take orders and then forgets you. We waited for 20 minutes for a diet coke refill! Despite of that, the food is great and bursting with flavor. Don't bother on making it for happy hour, the drinks are best if ordered with regular price. The portions are small on a standard basis, a 16 dollar burger is supposed to be more than enough for one person and it's not.

This place could be excellent. Don't stop trying because I'd come back.

“Great location and Burger happy hour a must! ”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 18, 2013 via mobile

Indoor and outdoor seating on a popular corner on the Lincoln road pedestrian only strip. $2 Slider Burger happyhour is 4-7pm then again at 10pm. Better than the average sliders, with creative garnishes. No pushy wait staff here. Quick service too!

“Outstanding Happy Hour Sliders and Drinks”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 8, 2013

While walking along Lincoln Road during our first trip to Miami, we decided to check out Five Napkin Burger. I had previously heard this was a great place for burgers in NYC. We arrived mid-week around 330PM and noticed a sign for Happy Hour starting at 4. The happy hour included $2 sliders and $5 well drinks, so we walked around a bit more and returned at 4. It was an absolutely beautiful day, so we sat outside. There were only three other tables occupied, so we had our pick of whatever table we liked. We ordered beef, turkey, and veggie sliders, all of which were excellent. We also order barbeque french fries, which seemed to simply be fries with Old Bay sprinkled on them, but they were good nonetheless. Our drinks were very good as well. They even gave us house margarita's at the $5 happy hour price. After finishing our meal and paying the bill, we were literally sitting at the table not wanting to leave. So we ordered a couple more drinks and stayed a little longer! Two thumbs up for Five Napkin Burger.

“Really good burgers and fair prices”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 4, 2013

This is one of the restaurants on Lincoln Road that has a large indoor dining room. Most places, especially towards the east end of the mall, only have outdoor seats. We stopped in because it was really cold outside and it was a pleasant surprise. We sat at the bar and were served immediately by a friendly young man, Simon. The wine, a Super Tuscan, was very good for $8 a glass. The burgers came out quickly and were exacly as ordered. I had the turkey burger which was very tasty. The fries were fresh and hot and the sauces were delish. The prices are fair for South Beach. If you want to have a great burger in an indoor dining room, this is a good option. Most of the other burger places nearby are more "take-out" style.

“Not Sure”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 24, 2013

I have only heard good things about this upscale change that I had to try it. My family and I sat outside, on Lincoln Rd, which I think is the best part about the restaurant. Ofcourse we all ordered burgers and salads. I think 5 guys burgers are just as good for a whole lot less $$$$. I found the place to be pricy and the service was not up to par. Nor sure I would go back, but if you haven't tried do so. You might find your experiance better.
