Excellent, LOURDES @ the front desk made the stay all that better. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Will def come again. Would recommend. Close to the beach, and center of everything.

A great experience, very good attention since I step at front desk.
The rooms seems kind of old, but super clean.
Just one step from the beach and at least 10 blocks from ocean drive.
I had a little issue with the AC from my room, but Mr Eugenio take care of it really quick, he was so attentive.
I will recommend this place to anyone who comes to Miami.

I visited the red hotel in the month of June 2022, I usually visit this hotel every year.
the facilities are clean and beautiful.
The hotel is close to the beach and the are a lot restaurants.
In Miami you can go shopping at several malls.
The nights in Miami are fun, it has many clubs to dance, listen to music and share with friends.
You can visit Brickell, it is a very nice shopping center and there are several restaurants and bars around it.
You can go to TOUR MIAMI'S WYNWOOD ART DISTRICT, where to see many murals and meet people from all over the world
Miami is a very nice city to see many places and spend a nice vacation.

I recently stayed 3 nights in order to attend a wedding. My overall stay was great and I would definitely stay again , however ,I have a couple negative comments. In their write up they really push how great the restaurant is. THE RESTAURANT IS CLOSED! That needs to be updated immediately. They list an alarm clock as provided. It is not. Being old school, I needed and asked for an alarm clock as listed. I was promised a wake up call instead. I asked for a wake up call two different times and both times did not receive it. Otherwise, the room was exactly as pictured and clean,. The staff was pleasant, and the location was great, Bus went right by the front door, Beach was a short walk across the street. The pool was clean and well tended. I would definitely stay again as long as I bring my own alarm clock.

We arrived at the hotel and we found everything very clean, we went to the room and everything was very nice, the towels, the sheets very clean, the attention of the cleaning staff was excellent, we want to highlight the attention of the Cleaning Manager Eugenio, very professional and at all times very attentive to everything thanks we recommend it and we will return

I have been here several times before. The hotel has shortcomings, but I like it anyway. Its somewhat run down, definitely not a luxury hotel. And the restaurant is probably ok but odd opening times. And opens late for breakfast. Oh well, there is a splendid cafe 200 yeads down the road. (Go north...) But I like the pool. I like the interior. And behind the desk is beautiful, helpful girls. And William. Not so beautiful, but very helpful indeed. And the hotel location is fine. The free Trolley service round the corner and the beach 100 yards away. You could do a lot worse and a lot more expensive in Miami.
