I just finished a stay at this property for business purposes. It missed the mark.. Had it been a lesser value brand it would have been fine but Ritz prides itself on service and this one does not reach anywhere close to their regular standards. For the record, I have stayed in four different Ritz hotels in the past two months alone.
Example ( and I fully acknowledge that the are "silver spoon" problems). They ask at check in which paper you would like in the morning, day one, delivered no paper, day two, the wrong one..no water in the room, never once said hello, good bye or can I help you, snarls when asking for more of anything, ...... Property was not particularly clean, food was below average.... View from room was HVAC system .....
In short, ok experience but not up to Ritz standardsMore
