Description: Sparkling French Mediterranean cuisine is presented in a chic, two-level restaurant situated beach and poolside, with sweeping views of the ocean and great sunset vistas.Inspired by the lifestyle of the Cote d'Azur, the ambiance is both laid-back and lively. Enjoy the unspoiled, simple dishes of the South of France - tapas-style starters of Greek mezze and tabouleh, raw bar selections, a signature salad of pressed crab and lobster, custardy tomato-and-Brie quiche, jumbo prawns and branzino fish and tenderloin of beef fresh off a sizzling grill. Addictive desserts and fashionable cocktails round out the experience.

“good food, great location - until it rains”
Reviewed October 21, 2012

We had a fantastic dinner here. Food and service were great, but when we went back for dinner a couple days later and were told they weren't serving anyone except in the bar, which was packed with people trying to avoid the rain. Too bad-we would have liked to try it again.

“Best place to lounge on a beautiful day”
Reviewed October 17, 2012

I was staying at a hotel nearby the Fontainebleau and decided to go check out the property during the day. The remodeling of the place is top notch, pool deck looks amazing. We decided to have drinks in the bar area at the pool/beachside restaurant, La Cote. The servers were 3 super professional and sweet girls - Stephanie, Zelda, and Jazz. They were all very attentive and a round of drinks turned into several rounds, which ended up turning into lunch, and finally into a whole day event. The time flew by as we enjoyed the amazing food, ambiance, and service of all the staff. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good time and vibe and during the day.

“Great experience pool/ beach side.”
Reviewed October 17, 2012

My boyfriend and I were visiting from NYC one weekend at the Fontainebleau Hotel. We went to La Cote for lunch and overall experience the food, service and ambiance was amazing. Jaz was our server along with Stephanie who helped as well. My boyfriend and I always love sitting in the bar area, so we were seated in lounge chairs. It was a great vibe with the live DJ playing everything from hip hop to top 40's music. Jaz suggested getting Ginger Mint cocktails. The drinks totally fit with the Sobe vibe that was going on. I got the ceviche and my boyfriend got the burger. The food was to die for!!! Jaz and Stephanie were very attentive towards us and they had great attitudes! Jazz had suggested LIV nightclub along with a few other clubs in the Sobe area. Since this was our first time visiting, she was a great help.

“Chilled out dining”
Reviewed October 16, 2012

If you want a chilled out dining experience close to the ocean, then look no further. Max (AGM) suggested a beautiful range of dishes which we'd not tried before. The Ceviche and the Escargots were to die for. Christina (Head Chef), certainly has an exquisite skill of combining foods to give the most beautiful results. Washed down with a Moet Ice ... a perfect dinner !

“Lunch pool/sea side”
Reviewed October 8, 2012

Don't expect sea views unless you eat upstairs...and then you have plenty. This restaurant is mostly for lunch dining but it has recently been opened up for dinner on a limited basis. The hamburger is spectacular, best french fries around; but the menu has a nice, high-quality variety to it.
