Wow! Steaks are melt in your mouth! My husband had the filet mignon which was excellent and I had the braised short ribs which was so tender I didn't need a knife. The mashed potatoes were so creamy I forced myself to finish it because it was that good. My husband and I shared a French onion soup and chopped salad and Nikola, our waiter ,was so nice to split them up for us. Nikola was excellent and even took the time to talk to us to give us sightseeing tips during our stay at The Fontainebleu. The restaurant is at bit pricey but very well worth the money. The waiters keep a good eye on you and are immediately there to keep your water glass filled and clean away dirty dishes. A true first class restaurant and one I would not hesitate to return too. I think we are going again tomorrow night.
