If you like Cuban food and are in the mid-beach or North Miami area, this is a good place to have a quick and tasty meal. It's a little rough around the edges, and speaking Spanish definitely helps, but the food is generally well prepared and the portions are generous. I can especially recommend the sweet or fried plaintains, the mariquitas (thinly sliced and fried plaintains) as an appetizer or side, the mahi mahi, the chicken dishes and the rice. This is not haute cuisine! Sometimes the cooking can be quite uneven, but if you relax and take it for what it is, you'll have a good time and an enjoyable meal. Note that it can be very busy at night with large (and noisy) groups, so you may have to wait for a table.
