Cuban food? I think not. If it was Cuban food it was the worst food Ive ever tried. We went there with an expectation after reading all the nice reviews and were so disappointed that we were almost ready to walk out half done. We finally walked out in relief and unfortunately were still hungry. Lesson - dont believe all the reviews you read.

We actually saw the little cafe next to the restaraunt and just wanted to try the Colodas and Cortaditas. The nice lady working didn't know English but we unserstood each other enough to get the coffee and it was AMAZING. We ended up drinking one a day the rest of our time in Miami.

Great customer service and wonderful good! My husband got the beef empanadas as an appetizer and Cuban sandwich with fries and I had the chicken fajitas with 2 sides and our total bill was only $30!! Very friendly staff, speaks both English and Spanish fluently which is definitely a plus in a touristy area. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!!

We ordered the Media Noche with plantains and a side of tostones. The food and service were excellent. While it may seem a bit pricey you are on Miami Beach in a major tourist area. I would visit again as it is close to the beach and other area attractions.

If you are traveling to Miami Beach, you cannot miss this place! My grandparents (off the boat Cubans) had recommended this place to us and we decided to give it a try a few years ago...and haven't been missing it on a trip since! This is always our first restaurant that we go to for dinner as soon as we get off the plane. Although the pina colada martini is kind of gross, the mojitos are sooooo good. And they also have great drink specials during the week.

The atmosphere is so great and they sometimes have a live singer while you eat, which is so fun! The food is excellent. Try the plantain chips with garlic...so good!

You will not be dissapointed if you come here for dinner!
