Dining at the Fogo de Chao while on business in MB was one of the best eating experiences of my recent travels. If you know you are going there at the end of the week, start dieting around say wednesday before a friday night meal. I suggest reservations and go on the earlier side so you can beat the rush. The salad bar is fantastic but don't over do it since you have a long night ahead of carnivorous delight that even our caveman ancestors would be jealous of. Service was outstanding! Do this as a celebration or a well deserved meal after a long hard week.
