Ordered the rib eye with a glass of Malbec. The steak presentation was excellent and the complementary marrow was a great surpice. The temperature of the meat was perfect, medium rare; avoid the sauces, chimichurri is ok but expected a lot more from the chef's sauce. The location is ok, nothing fancy but well suited. The service may improve simply by acting as if they were in BLT Miami Beach instead of the Bull and Bear at the Waldorf.
