This Restaurant was very small and seating was a little tight, but the atmosphere was romantic, and the vibe was jovial.
As soon as we walked in -- even without making reservations, -- we were greeted with the typical Argentinian warmth, and they scrambled to rearrange tables to make room for us.
My husband and I ordered the same things – Clam Chowder for Appetizer and Thai Spicy Beef Salad for the Main Course. Yummy! Both the dishes were exquisite – the tastes were to die for. We probably would have licked the plates clean had we not been in a restaurant. Yup! They were THAT good! The Merlot for me and the Chardonnay for my husband were perfect. We ended the dinner with the Mango Ice Cream served in a scooped out Mango which had just the right amount of sweet.
Service from Phillip was phenomenal. He was friendly, professional and personable from the beginning to the end. While chatting, we learned a little tit-bit about him – his efficiency has earned him the nickname of “Quick Fingers McLane” with his co-workers– to imply that he works fast without making any mistakes. Cute!
We loved everything about this place – the friendliness of the people, the memorable taste of the food, the proximity to our hotel and the positivity of our experience here.
We will certainly return on our next trip to Miami Beach.
