We got here after a long haul trip in Peru and were grateful for burgers and fries. My husband has a classic hamburger and me a chicken breast sandwich. He kept going on about the burgers all week, so we visited again before we left Miami. I wasn't feeling quite well and couldn't entertain the thought of a massive hamburger, but my husband was desperate for one. We sat waiting for over ten minutes, when customers who had come in after us were being served and had their drinks etc. We tried to catch the eye of staff, who just nodded and walked by us. A waitress finally arrived and took our order. I explained that I was not happy we had to wait so long when others around us had been seen to. She bought us out some onion rings and fries apologising and said were on the house. The food came out quickly. I had ordered chicken strips - which really were not that great at all. They tasted and looked fried straight out of the freezer. However, I had a few bites of my husbands burger and it was delicious. Tasted like a fresher and nicer version of a big mac. Lovely. The manager heard we were not pleased and came over to offer us a milkshake of our choice as a way of apologising. That was really kind we thought.
Overall, onion rings and burgers are the way to go - they were delicious. Customer service was good too. A must visit to this place if you're here.
