My husband and I stayed here for one night this past weekend. The hotel is definitely in a great location (walking distance to the beach, shopping, countless restaurants/bars, and Lincoln Rd). The room was plain, but clean. The bathroom seemed a little run-down. All was well enough until the evening. We didn't know that the hotel is directly in front of Club Mansion. So from the time we got home at about 12:30 a.m. until roughly 4:00 a.m. our room was shaking with bass from the night club, so we couldn't sleep. I called the front desk to ask what the noise was, and the person working at the front desk simply said, "That's Club Mansion behind us." I had read all of the past Trip Advisor reviews and couldn't believe more people hadn't mentioned the noise. When we got up the next morning, we went to the lobby for our complementary breakfast. The selection was extremely slim (bagels and cereal), but weirder than that was the fact that they had someone taking orders. I've never seen that at a continental breakfast, and I'm not sure why they did it. But the person was rude and had the nerve to have a tip jar out...for toasting a bagel that I should have toasted myself! I'd imagine this place is good for people who are going to hit the nightclub scene and don't intend to go to sleep until the wee hours of the morning. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend it. I definitely won't be back there myself.
