The pasta and sauce were fresh with a good balance of ingredients. Salads and sandwiches very good. Great atmosphere.

We loved Soya & Pomodoro for the whimsical bohemian atmosphere and the food. I ate the ravioli stuffed with porcini mushrooms in a walnut sauce and it was delicious. The house red wine was ok and not too expensive.

The Friday night we went it was bustling. We had to wait a half hour for someone to come to our table to ask if we wanted to order. That was ok though, since were on vacation. The staff did seem run off their feet.

interesting location - a bit off the beaten path, in an old banking building. 2 areas and outside seating. pretty unique and very different. food is actually ITALIAN, rarely we find genuinely Italian food in Miami, this is certainly one of them. Where else do you get grilled sardines as an appetizer? wow. and how about braised lamb shank? and reasonable pricing. pasta, fish, ....
you know what panna cotta is ? try it, it melts on your tongue and you away. Of course great tiramisu.
how about coming at 7 pm? no way - it is empty, around 10 its packed. that is what you want for a real dinner in Miami with friends. hang out.

I have been around downtown Miami for almost 4 years and only a few days ago I discovered this simple but good restaurant. The place recreates an italian alley and the food is very fresh and affordable.
The restaurant is located close to Seybold gallerie and opens daily for lunch (you don't need reservation) and Thursday, Friday and Saturday they open also for dinner (reservations needed),
If you are around Soya is a good spot for a friendly dinner.

Hier, you can dream, you can imagine that you are in an old film from Europe and the meal is good, good for your eyes, your month and your purse, becose it's not to expensive.

If i woud be more days in Miami, shure, i would come every day here!
