The salad bar was very dissent, the meat was good, nicely cooked, there was variety on meats. But I do think it was a bit over priced, at the end of the day you get to pay 90 dollars per person, for rodizo, a dessert and a glass of wine.
Service was not bad at all, but I have had better.
It is a dissent restaurant but I am sure that someone can find other places with equally good quality of food for lower prices..

The first thing that came to my mind just thinking about this restaurant is the nicely and well balance kaipirina , wich actually they come to the table to do it. good job grimpa!!!! The Rodizio was not a bad deal, the meat was great, the lamb, the filet mignon. even the chicken was GREAT, the salab bar mmmmmmmmmm it did not surprise me that much but it was not bad. Our Waiter Leandro was very attentive and professional, he did explain about the Rodizio and mention the prize too, one thing that really could be better an as constructive criticism are the waiters that came to the table with the different meats i have the perception that some on them were in a rush or simply not smiling, Fabio the manager was very attentive, courteous and it was on top of this job. I almost forgot to mention that the desserts...the crema catalana and the chocolate volcano with ice cream, delicioso!!! outstanding.

The salad bar is average at best; the meats are a far cry from what they are supposed to taste; and the service is curt. Overall a very unpleasant experience. With so many Rodizio choices around Miami, Grimpa is at the bottom of the list.

We have eaten in most of the Brazilian Rodizio restaurants in Miami. Grimpa is by far the best!
