The convenience of thus facility in Terminal E MIA can't be beat. The rooms are small but equipped appropriately for an overnight between connections. I have stayed here a few times coming or going to the Caribbean and it seems they are always working on some aspect of the hotel.

We booked a day room as we had a layover in between long flights and it was the best decision we could ever make. The staff were friendly and check-in and out was super simple. The room was clean, comfy and spacious and the water pressure was amazing.

We wouls stay again.

I had no idea an airport hotel could be so different from a normal hotel. The room was sooo small!!! Older and not very clean either. I could see staying here for the convenience if it was $49 a night, but I was expecting a normal nice clean hotel room for the over $100 a night we paid. Never again! We had missed our connecting flight. If that ever happens again we will find a hotel nearby.

We were fortunate enough to find a room at Miami Airport Hotel when flight cancelled and airport closed. Very nice with very comfortable bed and free breakfast at Margueritaville!!! Actually located in airport so couldn't have been more convenient and surprisingly quiet- best part of our delay in addition to food in Miami airport which is quite good. Would be great choice for early AM flight.

$200/night for a king bed w/o a pool, mini fridge or microwave. Sporadic false fire alarm on our floor only. (last alarm at 3:45am) Staff was aware of issue, yet offered no alternatives or compensation.

Dear Guest:

We have received your review posted on the Trip Advisor site. Our apology of the issue of the faulty fire alarm system. Unfortunately this was beyond our control and was addressed as soon as possible with all our guests' safety in mind.

Mini fridges are available as a requested item, we do not offer a pool as per our website.
In the extension of service to our guests we did offer some compensation depending on the type of reservation they had. Please contact the hotel for further clarification.
