The hotel room we were given was the smallest hotel room ever! I was glad to be in it to sleep only. We spent as much time as we could away from it in our 21 hour layover. The bed however was very comfortable for a good night sleep.
The bathroom is very small as well, but it was modern. All faucets and fixtures were in working order, and the linens and towels were clean.
The staff was friendly enough. The consierge was friendly and very helpful. Shuttles are available for shopping.
The Restaurant at the Top was very nice, with geat service and quality food. Lunch, dinner, and breakfast were very good. A note on the priceing of the menu is, it is $$, which is not too bad for quality. They also try to accommodate food sensitivities.
The only other convienence that is missed here, is free internet connections. In this day and age, one would think that this should be standard.

Room Tip: Plan to entertain yourself somewhere else, as the small room my cause claustrophobia. Perhaps if you...

The hotel is perfectly situated if you have an overnight stop in Miami. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom and paint work need a serious revamp. It would have been nice to have free wifi as in most places nowadays.

I can only recommend this hotel for its convenient location. The walls are thin and so you hear everything. The towels were tiny and had holes, the towel bar fell off and the toilet is extremely close to the door. I think that the cost of the room is completely overpriced for what you get. I guess that you are really playing for the location.

We needed a room for 1 night prior to flying to Antigua for our cruise departure, so we decided this was the closest. However, after seeing the room we should have immediately opted out and gone elsewhere. We paid way tooo much ($178.00) for smallest hotel Iv'e ever been in. You open the door and, literally, fall onto the bed. No closet doors, and no windows make it even more claustraphobic. We couldn't get out fast enough the next morning. I can't believe the price they charge for this place.

Room Tip: Go somewhere else!

This was recommended for the tour group we are with as they are heading out of Miami early. That is the only benefit. The halls are dark and dirty, the room is small, no luggage racks, nodescription of amenties, moldy shower curtain, dirty windows with a broken lock. Just overal dreary. I am booking elsewhere on my return from the tour.
When I checked in the reception desk was neither welcoming or polite. I have been up since 4 am. I would have welcomed a kind word.

Room Tip: Stay elsewhere. There are other hotels with airport shuttles.

For a one night layover this hotel is perfect
Walk off the plane, up the elevator, and
you are inside your room and off to sleep\
No taxis etc, just a brief walk.
It is actually inside the terminal
Hotel room is remarkably quiet, good room service
and breakfast room at top of hotel is quite pleasant.
It is not a resort and does not pretend to be.
It is ultra convenient, and is great if you have an onward flight the next day.
I wish all airport hotels were inside the terminal

Arrived at MIA at 10:45 PM after a 1.25 hour weather delay at PHL. We were in our room after picking up our bags by 11:15 PM. Had an early morning flight to Central America next morning. Staying at airport was very convenient both on arrival and departure.

Room was small filled by a king size bed and an easy chair. TV stand was three feet from end of bed. Bathroom was clean and comfortable.

If all you are going to do is sleep in your room, this is a very convenient way to go, especially if you have an early morning flight out as we did.

Price was $178 including all taxes. Would have cost less off-site, but we would have gotten to bed later and would have had to awaken earlier. We were happy with our decision to spend the night here.
