Stayed for a few nights in March 2012. Clean, good sized room with comfortable bed and clean bathroom with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Parking is $15 a day whether you valet or self park. If you valet, call ahead from your room to have the car pulled round. From what we saw this is a very high turn over hotel (airport and cruise one nighters) and the guys out front are extremely busy. Also means lines at the front desk or if you call reception for help. Suggest a room far from the elevator if you want quiet - the doors are paper thin and the crowd while we were there had no problem talking very loudly/yelling as they walked to their rooms. Also suggest getting a room facing the public golf course and not the airport for a quieter stay.
The club lounge is pretty terrible. Would not plan on much time there until they finish reservations. People prop the door open or let other people in so it is packed (no one checked names or room numbers while we were there). Normally I wouldn't care, but the room just isn't big enough for that many people. OK breakfast selection, night snacks were always late and never great.
Drive to Miami Beach is about a half hour in typical traffic, 15 minutes if you don't hit traffic.
