First night, the room was completely hot, the excuse of the staff was that the air conditioner was off which was true but it was a mask of the real reason why the room was hot. It was finally discovered that the A.C. unit was not working. We had to change rooms, however, the engineer lied to us about this a/c unit being the best one in the hotel. Also, we had requested a scheduled wake up call that was never granted, I eneded up being late for an important meeting. Another issue was the breakfast, the food was mediocre at best and the staff that worked at the breakfast time slot were unfriendly and unprofessional. Moreover, we had to pay for our luggage to be taken by the bellhop person because we had checked out right after having them keep our luggage for a few hours. In the main lobby, upon checking in we could not use the hotel and the chess board pieces were missing 2 vital pieces to play a chess game.
After having our room changed, the air conditioner we had in the new room was blowing out moldy/germy air that made my partner and I cough the entire stay at this hotel. Lastly, the walls are paper thin. We were able to hear one side of the room people having sex and the other side were people yelling/fighting with each other, this was around 3 a.m. on both nights. I strongly warn anyone of staying in this hotel because you are guaranteed to have a hellish of a time.

P.S. The wifi has incessant amounts of intermittent connection. If you are able to get stable wifi in this hotel then it's because you're not using theirs and you're using your phone's internet.

Room tip: Turn on the air conditioner and make sure it works properly as well as make sure the wifi is actually working.

Due to a flight cancellation this was a comp hotel for the night. A little outdated and a moldy smell from the air con, my room needs a good scrub for the light fixtures in the bathroom. Had a good rest and staff were very pleasant here. Wish I had a swimsuit as the pool is a nice bonus feature.

Great value for your money , I had a great time, customer service was amazing, Lazaro made sure I was satisfied with my room and checking out with Patricia was a breeze thanks to the staff I had a great stay

We almost missed our scheduled excursion because we didn’t get the wakeup call. Staff didn’t seem to care at all when we told them what had happened. Simply said “sorry about that, how was everything else?”

Comfort and quality at an affordable price. Conveniently located and walking distance from a few good restaurants. Staff is courteous. Good value for money. Complimentary breakfast was good....nice range of options.
