Comfort and quality at an affordable price. Conveniently located and walking distance from a few good restaurants. Staff is courteous. Good value for money. Complimentary breakfast was good....nice range of options.

I recently booked with Regency pre-cruise mainly because of its convenient location. After a long and arduous flight, I was delighted to be greeted by the hotel’s shuttle a couple of minutes after our arrival in Miami. The driver was very amiable and helpful and recommended places we should visit before our departure and even extended information concerning transportation. Despite the hotel’s façade, I was pleasantly surprised by the décor of the lobby. Like its name denotes, Regency welcomes guests in a way that is nothing but regal. The check-in process was a breeze and hassle free and the front desk staff was very efficient and answered all of our questions without a problem. Even though the rooms were a little dated, the customer service quality exceeded our expectations and made up for it by making us feel very welcomed and cared for. The hotel provided a shuttle to the Port of Miami ($10/person) which carried a huge weight off our shoulders in terms of transportation. All in all, we were delighted to have chosen Regency for our vacation despite our apprehensions. We will definitely be booking with them again in the future.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. Allowed early check in as and when rooms were available. Concierge very helpful in helping us to sort out our tours/travel. Airport shuttle very good. Clean and spacious. Lobby , pool and rooms as per pictures.
Facilities - pool area, games, lounge, bar all very good. Would stay here again.
Only problem is there are no stairs for public use. (Only stairs is for emergency/fire access at either end of corridor) The elevators are very slow and bumpy, If you wanted to go up or down one floor or feared elevators there is No stairs to use. Breakfast could be a little more varied.
Sleep quality affected due to Noisy Air conditioning unit and Aircraft

Also, thank you very much for your compliments regarding our staff. All members of the Regency family work really hard to provide the best service and there is no better reward than generous words such as yours. As you mentioned, our hotel has two main emergency stairways on each end of the corridors. However, for those guest who are not elevator friendly, we do have non-emergency stairs located in the lobby which can access the rooms on the second floor only. This was a good place for me due the the private shuttle that would take me north to other cities. The airport shuttle was fine. There is a billiard table, three computers, a nice open area. I only had breakfast, so I don't know about the restaurant. I would stay here again because of the great shuttle service to Tampa etc.

Went for spring break with friends. Hotel was clean, and rooms were okay. Very friendly staff and good costumer service. Airport shuttle is every 30 minutes, and it takes only 10 minutes to get to the airport.
