“Good Food, high prices, lousy service”
Reviewed February 9, 2013

I have had it with the poor service at the Miami Beach (Arthur Godfrey Blvd) iteration of this restaurant. As much as I enjoy heir food, the service every time I go there has been terrible. They seat you then ignore you for 10 to 15 minutes. The waitress who served me the last time I was there (earlier this week) took my order & then went somewhere & was not seen anywhere on the floor again for at least 10 minutes. I'm guessing she went to smoke a cigarette somewhere because when she came back - without my sandwich - she smelled from cigarette smoke,

I've told the manager in the past about being unhappy with the service & they have tried to make it up to me by discounting the check but they have done nothing to improve tthe service.

I don't mind the high price for the foo, it's good deli food & the only one near there so they can get away with it. There is no excuse, however, for the terrible service. I will not go back there anymore!

“Everything an ex New Yorker craves”

Great pastrami sandwiches, cole slaw and sides. They even have Dr. Brown's Cel-Ray tonic which is very hard to find.

“Good food, Service not so much”
Reviewed January 23, 2013

Go early, before 11 a.m. for lunch this is a poplar place. They could use more breakfast items on the menu. Only on server. This is Miami Beach Location.

“Good Jewish Deli”
Reviewed January 23, 2013

This deli has consistently good salads, soups, and sandwiches. Not Kosher (most in this neighborhood are).

“NYC Deli Style”
Reviewed December 29, 2012 via mobile

Great place. It feels a little rushed, there's a New York vibe of hustle and bustle. Could be because they are only open for breakfast and lunch and its always busy. I had the Soup and Half Sandwich it was $9.95. The clam chowder soup was good, it was red not white, and the Pastrami sandwich was like a full sandwich. They bring pickles and cole slaw to the table when you get there so there is plenty of food. All in all a great place to eat.
