Description: Our first Florida location opened in downtown Miami at Mary Brickell Village in August 2007. The restaurant’s design creates a festive environment with bold, vibrant colors and features a tortilla-making station in the dining room as well as a dynamic 15-foot water wall with a legion of Acapulco cliff diver figurines. The outdoor bar and lounge offers an oasis in the middle of downtown, complete with a front row seat to the emerging neighborhood's activity. Whether you’re dining inside or out, the experience is exclusively Rosa Mexicano.

We always try Mexican food everywhere and my husband knows Rosa Mexicano from other places, so he was really excited when he saw it in Brickell in Miami, but the food was ok.
Nothing special , was good, but not to pay too much...
Anyway a gorgeous place in a great location, maybe we will give them another chance.

This is a legit Mexican experience with a Miami flare. The table side guacamole is absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the main dish I ordered was a little too spicy for my taste and I had to return it. So, if you aren't too much into the spicy, make sure to ask your waiter about the dishes before ordering. The service was very good as well. Our waitress, Maria, was on point and very attentive. Finally, the margaritas are great! I wanted to have more!!!

While this facility is really pretty and inviting, a $100+ lunch check for 3 unremarkable dishes is too much. The guacamole is created and served with great fanfare and glamor, but mediocre is still mediocre, no matter how you cut it. Our mojitos were light on the liquor. Among us, we had the pollo/grilled chicken "skillet style," budin/chicken tortilla pie, and carne asada/skirt steak "skillet style." Sorry, nothing exciting here.

In some areas of Mexico salsas (hot dips) and guacamole are prepared in a container called molcajete, it is made from stone and it is considered that preparing food in the old way is healthier and gives a very different flavor to food, enhances flavors. This restaurant prepares a delicious old style "guacamole". This is an attraction for tourists, who love nachos and a good guacamole. I am Mexican, to my personal taste the way they prepare Mexican food is not really mexican; they do their best. The service is excellent. Rosa Mexicano is a special pink color, you will like it.
