Al Varo, the waiter, was knowledgeable and friendly. The food and wine by the glass enjoyable and the ambiance lively. The perfect local place. Unfortunately the place adapted to the frustrating habit to just serve filtered tab water when you order sparkling mineral water. Nothing wrong with that (high margin substitute for major brand water) if you still offer traditional brands such as Saragota, Pellegrino, Badoit or similar sparkling waters. To force the client to accept a substitute just to cash in on high margin is a downer.
