Downtown Miami has never managed to project a consistent dining identity. Lunch business in the banking district attracts an audience but the offer is pretty boring and is all about the ‘usual suspects’. Duo fills the gaps with moderate prices, strikingly modern decor, good service and a menu that is fun and adventuresome without being fussy. There is a calm at Duo that's very appealing whether you sit inside or out. Of course, inside has a very appealing bar and a decor that is just clean and edgy enough to set a mood for fun. And then, there's Chef Maria Frumkin's menu. My tastebuds worship this place
