This place is bad. Nothing like the photos they provide on their website. Our bodies woke up soar, the hot water is not hot, the tv is 19" the walls are dirty, there isn't a microwave or refrigerator in the room as pictures indicate. No coffee before 8am, the hotels smells(not for the weak stomach). Customer service sucks.the only pros I can list... they provided 2 plastic cups in the room and it's close to shops and restaurants.

You get what you pay for. No parking. Find it on your own. This hotel is in beyond need of renovation. TV did not work. Bathroom door did not close. No frills. Breakfast only included bread and old coffee in a thermos. Really was just a bed to crash and no bugs. Would not ever stay there again

My husband and I stayed in room 424 which was a decent room. The hotel is close to dining,Shopping, ocean, Miami night life plus much more. Rooms are small. Bathrooms are small Your room door is thin. Beds are comfortable. AC runs like a champ. Not to mention free shuttle that takes you to cruise port & MIA. Requires a $100 deposit cash or credit card, You can’t beat the price.
It’s a REALLY basic room to sleep and shower.
I would recommend this hotel for a short stay!

*Seedy neighborhood
*Charged $50 for nothing after I left...waiting as I write this for them to answer the phone
*Hard bed (with a hair in it)
*Shower had someone's hair in the corner
*No wash cloth
*No accessible wall outlets; just an extension outlet hanging from a mounted t.v.

Someone wrote, "For one night stay it is okay"....uh, no it's not.
DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU JUST HAVE LOW EXPECTATIONS...FOR LIFE ALL AROUND.

And as I complete writing this, the phone has been ringing for 12 minutes.

Room tip: There are no good rooms

Hotel was not as pictured. Old old old...but that shouldn't stop you from choosing it. We laughed ourselves silly over how outdated it was...wondered if it was a 1940s flop house and even took pics of a friend pretending to be a dead body. The hotel was clean and offered a free shuttle to get all 10 of us to the cruise port so it was worth the money we paid to stay the 1 night. What a great adventure we had.
