For a great, quick, casual, inexpensive place....this is it! I always get a "Colada" (double espresso with sugar) and a fresh squeezed OJ and a couple of "Pepitos" (small, hot, ham and cheese sandwiches)!!

This restaurant was very popular, closed down for several years, and then re-opened in a much smaller version. It was a great restaurant when they originally opened -- healthy but not boring food, many creative ideas. After the original chef left many of the customers went with him. Over the years things got worse till they finally closed down.

Now the NEW Oasis -- we were happy to see they were reopening and looking forward to the healthy offerings, hopefully as they were in the beginning. Such was not the case. It is close to where I work so we've given it many chances but things started kind of OK (great service, food all right) but then got worse and worse. I gave up completely, but others I know continued to go there, out of convenience, and one acquaintance became ill the last two times he ate there. Recently an EMPLOYEE of theirs told me that they keep the food too long as a cost saving measure.

Since cutting $$ is the bottom line at Oasis, I suggest they just close down once and for all, and then the restaurant will cost nothing.
