We went there for supper, unannounced with a group of ten and were seated withing minutes. The service is top notch and the food is fantastik. They have a huge selection of wines that you walk around and pick out yourself. They are a little more expensive than the average family restaurant, but well worth it.

Had lunch today with friends at Pericone's and loved the food and ambiance. Great service, yummie food, and reasonable prices. Will go again next time we're in town.

Very busy, fun, Italian restaurant off Brickel. Good food reasonably priced, outdoor seating if weather is fine. Wine is a bit pricy by the glass Ok by the bottle.

Thank salrik

The consierge at my hotel recommended this restaurant for a business dinner. The food was very good (not great, but very good). This restaurant's greatest asset is the location. It is located in a very quaint restaurant district off Brickell Avenue.

What better way to dine on mediocre Italian cuisine than in a romantically lit garden setting? The ambiance is cozy and lovely, but the food practically screams from dull oversight and disproportionate seasonings. Our food was served in less than 8 minutes after ordering, and arrived barely warm. The appetizer sized Caesar salad had nothing fresh and the dressing was obviously bottled. Either the chef was drunk or my portobello dish was decorated with balsamic highlights that was drawn by a four year old illustrator. The mushroom was tender and the tomato juicy, but the broiled fontina topping did not bring me to my knees in raucous applause. The eggplant parm was cautiously tasty with a light breading, lacking in flavor and grease, the latter which I was not sad about. I dared not touch the pasta which was lathered in the same red "lets play it safe" pomodorro tomato sauce found not only on every ordered dish but also playing in a theatre near you. Boring. If anything should bring you or Nonna to tears, it would be the butchered bruschetta swimming in its own version of uric acid with chili pepper flakes. The sliced crosswise French bread that it is served with was most likely bought at the nearby publix grocery store. I do salute a "bravo" for the clever ruse of bargaining your buck with supposedly great Italian food. It's in the reasonably priced range because nothing is made from scratch, and you rely on wine by the 8 dollar glass to help you swallow what is on your plate, assuming you have acquired authentic taste buds. This place Is best suited for business suits, lab coats and women who probably don't eat very much anyway. For those of us who know better--skip this joint and eat at Nonna's.
